Description

The main objective of this Proposal is the Purchase of Midwifery Services for the immediate attention of the newborn, which seeks to strengthen the attachment of the newborn in the delivery and birth, period that is fundamental for the development of the same, and in the same way to respond to all the simultaneous attentions that can arise in the labor, cesarean section, forceps, among others, with the purpose of granting an opportune attention and when it is required personalized with this human resource. This will be done under the best possible conditions for both parties, on Hospital premises, as detailed in technical bases and according to Annex No. 1, a contract that will be subject to the provisions of Decree with Force of Law No. 36 of July 10, 1980 of the Ministry of Health and its amendments introduced by Law No. 18,417. The Healthcare Provider will be obliged to provide, on behalf of and in the name of the Hospital, and by way of delegation, as required by section 2, subsection 1 of DFL 3680, to the Beneficiaries of the Healthcare Benefits Regime under Law No. 18.469, the actions of prevention, promotion, recovery, protection or rehabilitation of health that are tendered by this act.
