This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is for the acquisition of a GPS 2200US video system, software license, installation, and training for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System.

In accordance with 38 USC 8127(d) Veterans First Contracting Program, this solicitation is an SDVOSB set-aside. Only offers from contractors listed on the VETBIZ website prior to offer submission will be considered.

This procurement is being conducted pursuant to FAR Part 13 procedures. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer price does not exceed the amount of funding available for the procurement, and whose offered price is found to be reasonable. Price alone is the sole evaluation factor.

This is a Brand Name Only acquisition due to the requirement for the video system to work with other medical systems currently used by hospital staff.
