Description
The Université de Montréal is conducting a call for tenders to retain the services of a general contractor for redevelopment work to be carried out at Pavillon 532C - Lionel-Groulx located at its Montreal Campus.
Summary of the project and work to be carried out
Installation of a kitchenette in existing premises. Construction of partitions and fixed furniture with sink. Plumbing and electrical work. Related architectural work.
Work Schedule
The Contractor undertakes to take all necessary measures to respect the schedule scheduled to begin work on or about 2019-08-07, allowing possession to be taken no later than 11/11/2019 and the Final Acceptance Certificate to be issued no later than 25/11/2019.
