This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F3H2B19235AW01-55MXS_PMEL_Furniture is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-05 (effective 13 Aug 2019). This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 337214 and the small business size standard is 100 EMP. 4. Delivery, installation and disposal services are requested for the building. The building consist of only one floor. All rooms should be vacant.
a. Contractor is fully liable for any damages that occur to the facility and surrounding grounds during the delivery, installation and disposal services. Any damages will be recorded and reported.
b. During the moving in, assembly, placement of items and removal of shipping materials, be careful attention must be shown not to destroy or damage the items, its components of or lose smaller parts and hardware required for reassembly.
