This Sources Sought Notice SPE605-19-RFI-1012 is for information only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA-Energy). The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify qualified businesses that are interested and capable of providing fuel to Marathi, Chania, Greece. This requirement is under program 1.6U.  The deadline for responding to this notice is 22 August 2019. The FSC used is: Petroleum Refineries - 9110. The NAICS code is: Petroleum Refineries -324110.  In responding to this notice, please provide your company name, email address, phone number, and name & location of fuel supplier. Responses and/or questions can be sent to the Contract Specialist, Jermaine Smith, at jermaine.smith@dla.mil, and orlando.merritt@dla.mil.   Subject line of the email should be:  PP 1.6U Greece RFI/Sources Sought SPE605-19-RFI-1012.
The requirement will be for Premium Gasoline (ULG) to be delivered to the eligible party at an agreed upon escalating price.  Estimated quantities are as follows:
1. NSN: 9130-01-527-5763      PREMIUM GASOLINE (ULG) - Estimated Qty - 48,000 USG                     
The proposed period of performance will be date of award through 30 April 2024. The anticipated issue date for the solicitation is 1 September 2019.
Type of Contract Considered: Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment
Offers must be submitted in Dollars per USG
All responsible offerors must be registered in SAM.gov, agree to receive orders via DIBBS, and submit invoices in WAWF. Offerors must be registered in DIBBS and WAWF prior to closing date of the solicitiation.  First time offerors are encouraged to schedule a site visit to the locations to gain adequate knowledge of the delivery requirements (please contact Jermaine Smith for scheduling of site visits).
