The Saudi British Joint Business Council (SBJBC) is an independant and private sector led body aimed at enhancing business relations between KSA and the UK. She has spent 9 years working directly with Saudi Arabia and wider Middle East, providing strategic advice on the business and policy environment while helping corporates better position themselves in Saudi Arabia. Prior to joining SBJBC, Cordelia created and led the Middle East Programme at Asia House - a centre of expertise on trade, investment and public policy.

Helen Barrett

Helen has been living and working in Dubai for over 20 years. Prior to establishing CBD Corporate Services, Helen specialised in advising foreign investors on all aspects of doing business in the Gulf including corporate structuring, company set-ups, mergers and acquisitions and company liquidations. Helen’s specializes in structuring businesses in the contracting, engineering, education, training, FMCG, IT, media and tourism sectors. Helen is the Deputy Chair for the British Business Group Dubai & Northern Emirates and a Trustee of Dubai English Speaking School and College.

Mike is a highly skilled and experienced business development executive in the AV industry with senior roles at international manufacturers and rental companies. Mike’s career in the entertainment chnology industry began with Creative Technology London joining as the company’s first business development manager and moving on to run the presentation and 3D graphics facility in Soho and then leading the combined Screenco and CT sales team as Sales Director. Mike has extensive experience in the Middle East throughout his career, saw the huge potential in the regions developing markets.
