Specifically aimed at UK registered Education providers and organisations and led by the Department for Business and Trade’s (DBT) International Education Specialist for Skills and Professional Bodies, Jonathan Ledger, this session will provide an in-depth look into aid and donor funded activity in education, skills and training across the globe.

This webinar aims to empower UK education organisations to achieve their strategic aspirations, particularly in terms of a high impact approach to skills and education development through aid and donor mechanisms. Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) is a critical component of international skills development that recognises the importance of promoting equality and addressing social injustices to achieve sustainable development.

Jonathan is the specialist skills adviser for the development and implementation of the UK Government’s International Education Strategy.

He supports cross-departmental strategic policy development and implementation for vocational and professional skills within the UK.
